We want to make the application process as painless as possible. The more you know beforehand, and the longer you've had to think about what will be expected of you, the better your chances will be. The following stages should give you an idea of what to expect when you apply for a position at First Data.

Stage 1 - Applying for the Role

If you are interested in the role and your skills and experience match or are close to those described then complete the application process via the link contained within the job description.

Stage 2 - Initial Interview

If your application has been successfully short-listed, you will be invited to participate in a telephone interview so that we can understand more about your aspirations and expectations, as well as telling you more about the opportunities within our company

Stage 3 – Testing

Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete an assessment exercise, which we’ll tell you about at the initial interview.

Stage 4 – Second Interview

This is a traditional face to face interview focusing on your skills and experience. You’ll also get to talk through your own requirements in more details and ask any additional questions to make sure it’s the job for you.
