We are also very conscious of our place in the community and have formed The First Data Foundation, a charitable organisation offering 3 programmes; Employee Gift Matching; Volunteering, which encourages employees to spend one paid day supporting a local charity; and Global Grant Making, where we identify suitable UK charities and award grants.

We also have charity dress down days on Fridays.
